The Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition gives you turn-by-turn driving directions to any address in the U.S, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and parts of Canada. You can also find out about destinations along the way, with the points-of-interest database and Zagat Survey® restaurant reviews. The Navigation System is easy to operate, using either the Interface Dial or the innovative voice recognition feature. Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the basic commands before you begin.
Benefits of Entering your Navigation Code
The Anti-theft Navigation Code is an access code that renders the system useless and therefore undesirable to thieves. If your battery is ever disconnected, the navigation system will be automatically deactivated. It can only be reactivated by entering the Navigation Code. If your Acura came equipped with a Navigation System, you should have a Navigation Code access card in your glove box, which you are advised to remove to a secure location outside the car. This card contains the access code and the serial number of the navigation unit. If you do not have a card, contact your dealer for assistance.
